Medical science liaisons work for pharmaceutical and biotech companies, managing clinical data, training internal teams, and building relationships with key opinion leaders. You’re not doing sales — you’re the subject matter expert who translates complex trial data into usable insights. The role is fully remote at many companies, with travel only for conferences or key meetings. It pays well, values your MD credential, and keeps you at the frontier of medical innovation.
